The Haldimand County Police Services Board was established in February, 2003 and is comprised of five members, as per provincial legislation, and one administrator.
The regular meetings of the Haldimand County Police Services Board are held at 9:30am on the fourth Wednesday of each month starting March 2009 in the Community Room at the O.P.P. Detachment, 72 Highway #54, Cayuga. The public is welcome to attend. For further information, please contact the Board Administrator at 905 318 5932 ext 253.
Business Planning is completed each year. The yearly plan is developed jointly by the O.P.P., the Board and the Community Policing Committee. The objective of all is to ensure Haldimand County is a safe and comfortable area to live and visit.

Haldimand County Police Services Board By-laws
The Police Services Board has passed various By-laws setting out user fees for specific policing related services.
In accordance with Haldimand County Police Services Board By-law #15/11, property based security system alarm owners wishing to register an alarm system with the Haldimand County OPP may remit a completed application, with payment, via mail or in person to the Haldimand County OPP, Cayuga Detachment, as per instructions found on the application.
